Fluorospray is a complete high-purity, high-stability, HF-resistant sample introduction kit for ICPMS. Fluorospray provides ultra-low detection limits and excellent short-term and long-term stability through a novel spray chamber design that improves matrix tolerance while maintaining ultralow backgrounds for all elements.

Each kit includes Fluorospray PFA spray chamber with dilution/option gas port and PFA endcap with make-up gas port, injector, PFA injector connector, torch, nebulizer, make-up gas line, dilution gas line & drain line.
Fluorospray was developed for demanding on-line 24/7 monitoring of ultrapure chemicals in semiconductor fabs.
