Fully Automated Sample Preparation with Inline Dilution
The base prepFAST X model fully automates laboratory dilutions with SampleSense vacuum sample loading, providing single valve autodilutions ranging 1-400x with the autocorrecting DXCi autosampler.
Samples are quickly loaded into a loop while the SampleSense optical sensors automatically monitor the sample arrival. The sample is next mixed with syringe-driven diluent and internal standard into a second loop located on the same valve. The diluted and mixed sample is then introduced into the ICP/ICPMS while the first loop is syringe rinsed and readied for the next sample. This sampling and dilution process takes place in seconds with the prepFAST X system.
