prepFAST X highly automates ICP engine coolant analyses through high-speed in-line syringe-driven dilution. prepFAST X includes four inert syringes coupled to a SampleSense X valve having integrated samplesensing technology. The system also includes a DXCi autocorrecting autosampler with position detection and autocorrection capability. After sensing and preparing each sample, prepFAST X triggers the ICP read to complete the analysis.

prepMASS automatically dilutes oil and lubricant samples by weight for elemental ICP analysis. Using inert syringe technology, samples are precisely prepared from the source sample containers into the final diluted sample vials by means of an integrated and fully automated balance. Carryover is eliminated using disposable pipette tips and liquid level sensing for highly accurate and precise dilutions for a wide range of sample types. Upon completion of the weight dilution, a second transfer arm delivers the vial to the analysis rack and the dilution data is recorded.

SampleSense Soil uses an inert injection valve with built-in optical sensors that automatically detect the liquid sample, inject the valve and trigger the ICP read in a tightly-timed analytical sequence. SampleSense Soil eliminates wasted time from the ICP method and can more than double sample throughput on the iCAP ICPOES while recording missing or empty tubes.
