Flexible Autosampler Deck

GTX autosamplers are built to adapt to your existing workflow. TRAXlink, TRAXSpin, and TRAXGrip automation can be easily configured to handle a wide range of vessel shapes and sizes. Additional prep-side deck space allows uncapped samples to be staged for reagents or sampling from non-traditional containers, extending flexibility beyond standard vial formats.

FASTFluidic Syringe Module

FASTFluidic high-purity quartz syringe module can be added to the GTX autosampler – expanding capabilities to syringe-driven sample introduction, offline sample preparation, and backflushing.

Capabilities:

  • Syringe-driven Sample Introduction:
    • Provides stable extended signal even at ultra-low flow rates (<10 µL/min)
    • Eliminates contamination-prone peristaltic pump tubing, reducing carryover
    • Higher precision and repeatability
  • Offline Sample Prep:
    • Dilution, spiking, and mixing
    • Prepared sample can be immediately injected for analysis
  • Backflushing:
    • Rinses out sample flowpath between samples
    • Reduces carryover and memory effects

Autosampler Enclosure

Enclosures

ICP and ICPMS sample integrity is maintained with the ESI autosampler enclosures. The enclosures can be configured either as a dust cover or ULPA-filtered minienvironment.

Benefits:

  • Protects samples from airborne contamination
  • Exhaust acid fumes to protect the laboratory environment
  • Clear acrylic construction for easy sample viewing
  • Covers only the sample area—the electronics are kept outside the enclosure
  • Three vertical sliding doors provide easy access to sample racks at any time

Mobile Stations

The mobile station secures and positions the autosampler, eliminating the need for an autosampler table (not included with purchase of the autosampler).

Benefits:

  • Convenient - Autosampler, pumps, rinse and waste bottles contained in a single unit
  • Compact - Footprint only slightly larger than autosampler itself, saving valuable lab space and maintaining accessibility to sample racks
  • Attractive - Station eliminates need for separate table

ULPA Air Filter

The ULPAclean 10 (Ultra-Low Particle Arrester) filter creates a clean, positive pressure environment for samples and standards and prevents airborne contamination. It removes 99.9995% of 0.1 µm or larger particles. The mounting plate is compatible with all DX autosampler enclosures.
