LuerProbe: Innovative Sample Probe

The LuerProbe is a metal-free, Luer-adapting probe designed for automatic, syringe-driven filtration using 0.45 µm Luer filters. It is engineered to sample directly from vials, engage with Luer filters, and dispense with precision.

Intelligent Syringe-driven Filtration

StationPump utilizes high-pressure quartz syringes, delivering consistent pressure far beyond manual capabilities. This improves sample-to-sample efficiency, ensuring reproducible filtrate volumes. The system continuously monitors back pressure through TRAXPressure and intelligently adjusts the flow rate to prevent overpressurization.

Flexibility and Improved Safety

FilterTrays securely hold Luer filters above a rack of collection vessels, enabling precise syringe-driven dispensing of filtrate into vials below. After filtration, the LuerProbe safely ejects the used filter into the disposal bin, eliminating any human contact with samples or reagents. FilterTrays can be customized to accommodate the filters your lab already uses, ensuring seamless integration into your workflow.

The .csv export includes critical information such as sample name, rack and vial locations, dilution factors, and total volumes, ensuring a smooth transfer of data into the analysis software and minimizing user intervention.
