Isolated Digestion Chamber

Safely automate hot block digestion with a separated enclosure built into the system. Contained within this chamber is a set of Analab FluoroBlocs capable of digesting up to 60 samples at one time. These blocks are PFA-coated, with no exposed metal surfaces, for maximum resistance to aggressive chemicals.

  • Uniform heating provides consistent digestion temperatures up to 150 °C
  • Isolated construction confines potentially hazardous acid fumes and heat away from the rest of the system
  • Specialized ventilation provides laminar flow to remove fumes from the digestion chamber
  • Sample vessels are automatically transferred between the prep area and the digestion chamber
